La Luma Salon is built on a foundation of education for staff, students and guests. Knowledge is power. Our team is trained to educate our Guests about the products, services and styles being applied to their hair, so that you get the look you want and the tools to recreate it at home every day.

We will offer you our professional recommendation, communicate if the look you want is achievable and teach you how to uphold the health and style of your hair.

Our team is trained to lead. We show up “on” and are ready to lead ourselves and our guests every day. We intentionally choose how we show up to the Salon each day so that we are available to listen, create and serve our guests.

We will lead you towards the best service options and products to support your desired results and hair health. Keep in mind, sometimes our hair goals are not possible in one service - if this is the case for you, we will educate you on what is possible so that you are able to clearly choose the best look for you, your budget and your time.

We want to support you in achieving your hair goals and solve any of your hair problems. All of our services begin with a consultation, an opportunity for the guest and stylist to create solutions, possibilities and a plan for the service ahead.
