Please honour your stylist’s time by arriving for your appointment on time and ready to go.

 

Honouring time

Our schedule has been intentionally crafted to maximize the number of guests we can serve each day.  We want to respect each guest's valuable time with an efficient and relaxing experience. Our stylists have carefully choreographed their schedules to complete your service at a relaxed, rejuvenating pace.  Arriving on time is an important role you play in helping us give every guest an excellent experience and keep things running smoothly. 

 

Arriving Late

Please give yourself extra time to park in Guelph’s busy downtown core so you can arrive relaxed and on time. Due to a full schedule and subsequent appointments, it may not be possible to complete your full service if you arrive late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will result in full payment owing, and re-booking your appointment at a different time.

 

Change or Cancellation

If a conflict develops in your calendar, please give as much notice as possible so that we can fill your spot with another guest. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for changing or canceling an appointment. Failing to provide sufficient notice or not showing up to your appointment will result in full payment owing at your next visit. Cancelations due to the development of COVID-19 symptoms or close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 are exempt from this requirement and cancellation fee.
